By accessing our website and purchasing our customized photo gifts, photo frames, Polaroid prints, and custom vehicle sticker decals, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. All original content on the Gaansar website is the property of Gaansar and is protected by applicable copyright laws.
Products and Services
Customers are responsible for ensuring that all uploaded images, text, and design specifications are accurate and of high quality. We are not liable for pixelation or spelling errors in the files provided. Due to differences in digital monitor displays and the physical printing process, slight color variations may occur between the digital preview and the final physical product.
User Conduct and Content
You retain ownership of the images you upload. By uploading, you grant Gaansar a temporary license to use, modify (for sizing/cropping), and print these images solely for fulfilling your order. You must not upload offensive, illegal, or copyrighted material for which you do not have permission. We reserve the right to cancel orders containing inappropriate content.
Order & Fulfillment
All payments are processed securely through our authorized payment gateway (Razorpay). Full payment is required before the processing and manufacturing of any customized order begins.
Payment Terms
We do not store your credit/debit card details or net banking credentials on our servers. All transactions are securely handled, and you agree to provide accurate and complete billing information at checkout.
Shipping and Delivery
Orders are processed and dispatched promptly after payment confirmation and design approval. Delivery timelines depend on the courier partner and the destination. Gaansar is not liable for delays caused by the shipping carrier or unforeseen natural circumstances.
Returns & Support
We strive for complete customer satisfaction. Because Gaansar products are personalized and made-to-order, specific rules apply to cancellations, returns, and dispute resolutions, all of which are subject to the jurisdiction of the courts in Pudukkottai, Tamil Nadu.
Return and Refund Policy
Orders can be canceled before the printing or manufacturing process has begun. We offer a 3-day return window from the date of delivery. If you receive a product that is damaged, defective, or significantly different from your approved design, you must initiate a return request within 3 days. Approved returns will be eligible for a replacement or a refund to the original payment method, processed within 5-7 business days.
