Exceptions for Customized Products Please note that the 3-day return and exchange policy is Not Applicable for Customized Products. Because custom photo gifts, frames, Polaroid prints, and vehicle sticker decals are personalized with your specific images and details, they cannot be resold. We only replace customized items if they arrive defective or damaged during transit.
