  3. Welcome to Gaansar. These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of our products, services, and website. By placing an order or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

    1. General

    1. Gaansar provides customized and handcrafted products made as per the customer’s specifications.

    2. All communication, transactions, and deliveries will follow the policies stated in these Terms.

    3. Gaansar reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time without prior notice.

  4. 2. Customized Products

    1. All customized, personalized, or made-to-order products are strictly non-returnable and non-refundable.

    2. Custom products are created based on the artwork, images, text, or instructions provided by the customer.

    3. Gaansar is not responsible for errors in customer-submitted content (spelling mistakes, low-quality images, wrong sizes, etc.).

    4. Once production begins, cancellations are not allowed.

  5. 3. Order Processing & Payment

    1. Orders will be processed only after full payment is successfully received.

    2. Pricing is subject to change without prior notice.

    3. Gaansar is not responsible for delays caused by incomplete or incorrect order information.

    4. Bulk or high-value orders may require additional verification.

  6. 4. Shipping & Delivery

    1. Estimated delivery timelines are provided for guidance and may vary due to courier delays, holidays, or unforeseen circumstances.

    2. Shipping charges, if applicable, will be added at checkout.

    3. Once order placed , it would take 0-7 days to Deliver tour package.

    4. Once shipped, Gaansar will provide a tracking ID for customer reference.

    5. Any damage caused during transit must be reported within 24 hours of delivery with proper proof (photos & videos).

  7. 5. Return, Replacement & Refund Policy

    1. Customized products are non-returnable and non-refundable under any circumstances as they are made uniquely for each customer.

    2. For non-customized products, returns may be accepted only if the item is unused, undamaged, and in original packaging (subject to approval).

    3. Replacement is provided only for defective or wrong items received, after proper verification.

    4. Refunds, if approved, will be processed to the original payment method within 7–10 working days.

  8. 6. Customer Data & Privacy

    1. Your personal data (name, phone number, address, photos, etc.) is stored securely and used only for order processing and communication.

    2. We do not sell, share, or misuse your personal information.

    3. Uploaded images for personalized products are used strictly for production and will not be shared externally.

    4. Gaansar follows standard data-protection practices to ensure your information remains safe.

  9. 7. Intellectual Property

    1. All designs, logos, content, and product styles belonging to Gaansar are protected under intellectual property laws.

    2. Customers must ensure that any content provided for customization does not violate copyright or trademark rights.

  10. 8. Limitation of Liability

    1. Gaansar is not responsible for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from product use.

    2. Liability is limited strictly to the value of the product purchased.
